Church Programs
Becoming a good Armenian Christian is a life long experience which we take seriously at St. Hagop; Our programs provide points of entry for people of any age and background to deepen their faith and perpetuate the Armenian cultural heritage.
Youth
This process of formation begins for children with formal Sunday School and weekly classroom experiences for ages 5-12. At age 12 formation continues with outside of classroom experiences like serving in church, community service and learning Armenian dance, song and language.
Youth from age 18-25 can become members of our ACYOA (Armenian Church Youth Organization) Chapter, which meets at least monthly for fellowship, service and faith building events.
Adults
The Young Professionals group has regular events which provide a community of Armenian Christians who like to be with each other and stay connected to their faith and culture amidst their busy lives.
For the Adult learner there are a variety of opportunities to grow in faith including our yearly Lenten programs, Saturday afternoon discussion series and various classes throughout the year.
There are also many opportunities to grow in service of God and our church. Our Choir and Altar Servers offer their best to God and lead us in our worship.
Our Women?s Guild has regular meetings and outings to foster community and serve our church in various capacities.
The Parish Council is made up of those parishioners elected to serve our church with a special commitment to act as stewards over our organizations.
